You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete. p282 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your p282 account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify p282 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account. p282 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
p282 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations. You agree to provide all documentation requested by p282 for KYC purposes, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on your account, including the suspension of withdrawal privileges.
p282 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and debit card. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱).

You warrant that all funds deposited into your p282 account are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity. The use of credit cards for gambling deposits is not supported on the p282 Platform in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the p282 Platform without the prior written consent of p282.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, p282 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the p282 Platform.
p282's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the p282 Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your p282 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The p282 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Your use of the p282 Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the p282 Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. p282 processes personal data in accordance with applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
p282 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the p282 Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including but not limited to cases where p282 reasonably believes you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the p282 Platform will immediately cease.
You may close your p282 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any applicable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the p282 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
p282 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the p282 Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.
p282 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, p282 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the p282 Platform. Your continued use of the p282 Platform after any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the p282 Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.
